Susan (Suzy) Babineau, the owner, has been in the employee group benefits industry since 2012. Prior to that, her experience was in Human Resources and Administration. She has a deep understanding of the employee group benefits industry from both sides of the table and is passionate about helping her clients, and truly loves her chosen career.
Lyne Cormier, the Client Services Manager, has been in the group benefits industry for 12 years in multiple roles. Although she had left for a few years to pursue other opportunities; Dezyne has convinced her to come back to her true passion which is group benefits. Clients love her high energy personality and professional work ethic.
